Sonic Colors Cube Stamp

This is a stamp for fans of the Blue Cube Wisp. It has a real slow animation change of 5 seconds to help show this Wisp's power. I know I cheated a little with the blue blocks by using them from an earlier deviation, but at least this time they're animated.
